Encore RV, LLC will host dealers and prospective partners at its production facility during this year’s Elkhart Open House. Located at 2702 Ada Drive, Elkhart, Indiana (1.7 miles west of the RV Hall of Fame), the facility will serve as the stage for new product launches and a live demonstration of trailer strength, according to a press release from the company.
Encore will debut several new models in its RŎG and VENŪ lines, including the VENŪ 17QB and 17TB, along with lighter 14-foot versions designed to be towed by mid-size vehicles. The RŎG Adventure Trailer line will also expand with a front-mounted wet bath module that transforms from a compact toolbox-style housing into a full bathroom with shower and Thetford Cassette Toilet.
To highlight the durability of its wood-free, all-aluminum construction, Encore will attempt to suspend an entire trailer upside down from a crane, supported only by the rear overhead kitchen cabinet.
“We wanted to showcase the strength of our trailers in a way no one has ever done,” said Rich Schnippel, founder of Encore RV. “It’s bold, but it proves what sets Encore apart. We didn’t think the Hall of Fame would let us try something like this, so what better place than our own facility on County Road 6? We’ve never attempted anything like this before, but I’m confident in our construction—so hopefully everything goes as expected!”
Encore RV will display products at its facility Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m., with extended hours available by appointment. Food and refreshments will be provided.
