Super Lawyers Con/Expo Workshops on How To Prevent, Defend Against Litigation

A pair of workshops slated for the upcoming RV Dealers Convention/Expo in Las Vegas — including the popular annual Super Lawyers session — are designed to help dealers better understand how to stay out of the courtroom.

Both sessions will discuss improving compliance and enhancing professionalism, as well as using mediation to help dealers settle disputes.

“Super Lawyers Take You Into the Sales and F&I Office: How To Prevent Common Consumer Claims During the Sale,” taking place from 2 to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12, is a skit-based training session that brings real-world scenarios from the sales and F&I offices to life, showing both the wrong and right ways to handle challenging customer situations.

Panel members include Harold Oehler, certified mediator and RV industry trainer, Jim Ganther, Mosaic Compliance Services, Jane Saxon, managing director and retail & manufacturing service team leader for the central region of CBIZ CPAs & Advisors, and Debbie Brunoforte, regional vice president of Campers Inn RV.
