Grand Design Recreational Vehicles announced that it has been honored with the RV Dealers Association (RVDA) Quality Circle Award for its brands for the 12th consecutive year. This prestigious recognition is based on dealer feedback from the RVDA’s 31st annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey, which evaluates manufacturers on four key performance areas: Quality, Parts, Warranty and Sales.
Grand Design‘s award-winning brands include Transcend, Imagine, Reflection, Influence, Solitude, Momentum and Lineage — each of which received some of the highest scores in the industry, the company said in a release. The DSl survey, conducted from June through September, gathered responses from 495 dealership locations across the U.S. and Canada. To qualify for the Quality Circle Award, brands must receive a minimum number of dealer responses and score 4.25 or higher on a 5-point scale in overall dealer satisfaction.
