Lightspeed, a leading dealer management solution for the recreation and marine industries, announced the winners of the 2025 RV Dealer RECT (Repair Event Cycle Time) Excellence Awards and RV Innovator of the Year Award. The honors were presented during the Spotlight on Excellence Luncheon on Nov. 11 at the RVDA Convention/Expo in Las Vegas, held Nov. 11-14.
Each year, Lightspeed recognizes dealerships and manufacturers that set the benchmark for service efficiency, innovation and customer experience.
