Care Camps Foundation Announces New Board Members
Care Camps Foundation, a national nonprofit dedicated exclusively to funding pediatric oncology camps across the United States and Canada, announced the appointment of two new members to its board of directors: Molly Bell Crawford and Phil Ingrassia.

Molly Bell Crawford serves as vice president of human resources at Kampgrounds Enterprises Inc. (KEI), a third-generation, family-owned outdoor hospitality company that owns and operates several KOA campgrounds, including the San Diego KOA Resort and additional properties throughout California and Missouri. KEI was founded in San Diego by Ted and Carol Bell. Today, their legacy continues through the third generation — Clint Bell, Josh Bell and Molly Bell Crawford — alongside their parents, Mike and Rowena Bell, who remain actively involved in managing the business. Ted Bell was a longtime member of the KOA Owners Association and one of the original KOA franchisees who helped establish KOA Care Camps in 1984.
Phil Ingrassia serves as president of the RV Dealers Association. In 2024, Ingrassia was inducted into the RV/MH (Recreation Vehicle/Manufactured Housing) Hall of Fame in recognition of his lasting contributions to the industry. In 2023, he received an award from the RV Industry Association honoring his leadership in industry education and his instrumental role in the creation and success of the RV Technical Institute.
Ingrassia also serves as president of the Mike Molino RV Learning Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to professional development and training for RV dealership employees nationwide.
Rebecca Kirch, Care Camps Foundation board chair, welcomed the new appointments. “We are thrilled to have Molly Bell Crawford and Phil Ingrassia as our newest Board members. Care Camps Foundation has assembled an exceptional group of leaders who are deeply committed to our mission,” said Kirch. “Together with our dedicated board and talented staff, we look forward to continuing our growth and impact to fund oncology camps that provide meaningful healing experiences for children and families facing childhood cancer.”
