SylvanSport, the Brevard, North Carolina-based manufacturer of adventure travel trailers and outdoor lifestyle gear, announced the appointment of Joey Sullivan as director of dealer development. In this role, Sullivan will lead the company’s dealer sales strategy, expand SylvanSport’s national retail footprint and deepen relationships with its growing network of dealer partners.
Sullivan brings extensive experience in the RV and specialty vehicle industries, having held leadership roles with respected organizations including Adventure Motorhomes, along with experience in the insurance sector, where he developed deep expertise in risk management, customer service, and dealer support operations. His diverse background equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the operational, financial and relationship needs of today’s dealers.

As director of dealer development, Sullivan will focus on recruiting new dealer partners, enhancing training and performance programs, and ensuring SylvanSport retailers have the tools, products and support needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sell through.
