Firefly Integrations Adds Optional EMS Monitoring to Firefly Spark
Firefly Integrations announced the availability of Firefly Spark, a simplified multiplex control system designed to help RV manufacturers quickly integrate smart control features without custom development. With optional energy management system (EMS) monitoring through Victron Energy Cerbo GX integration, Spark serves as the ideal gateway for brands looking to introduce reliable smart technology into their entry-level lineups, Firefly Integrations said in a release.

Firefly Spark addresses a critical challenge facing RV OEMs: delivering the smart features today’s buyers expect while maintaining production efficiency and controlling costs. Unlike traditional multiplex systems that require extensive development time and custom integration, Spark is ready to implement today with simple configuration options that fit most RV layouts or model lines, the company said.
“OEMs tell us their biggest challenge isn’t deciding whether to add smart features — it’s finding a solution they can implement quickly without disrupting production,” said Mike Butler, vice president of sales at Firefly Integrations. “Spark changes the game by giving manufacturers an off-the-shelf system that’s production-ready, dealer-friendly and provides the modern touchscreen and mobile app experience buyers want. We’re particularly excited about the Victron integration, which allows OEMs to offer advanced energy monitoring without the complexity of building those capabilities from scratch.”
Built on the RV-C specification for simplified wiring and system compatibility, Spark features a responsive automotive-grade touchscreen, wireless switch panels and the RV+ mobile app with local or remote connectivity. The system includes on-screen diagnostics to streamline troubleshooting and reduce dealer service calls, along with built-in help pages that minimize training requirements.
Optional Victron Energy Cerbo GX Integration
Spark now offers optional integration with the Victron Energy Cerbo GX, enabling advanced energy monitoring directly on the Spark touchscreen and RV+ app.
Spark supports up to nine light zones, three RV-C ACs, three slideouts, three RV-C vent fans, one awning, tank monitoring including LP, water pump, hot water and four additional auxiliary inputs. The system is available in three configurations: head unit with built-in screen, head unit without screen (requires RV+ module) or head unit with 7-inch detached screen.
“For 25 years, we’ve been refining smart RV control systems through real-world implementation,” Butler added. “Spark represents everything we’ve learned about what OEMs need: fast deployment, reliable operation and features that help dealers sell more units. It’s easier to build, easier to service and easier to sell.”
