Harman brings more than 12 years of experience with Genesis Products, gaining comprehensive experience across coordination, sales and product management, demonstrating a consistent track record of delivering results, optimizing product quality and enhancing customer satisfaction. Most recently, he has led product development for the company’s panel lamination business, where he played a critical role in strengthening customer relationships, improving performance and advancing strategic partnerships.

Notably, Harman has been instrumental in driving smart sourcing strategies for paneling, improving supply reliability and cost efficiency while maintaining high quality standards, Genesis Products said. He has also spearheaded expansion into composite paneling for Genesis, launching AeroTek composite board, a wood-free alternative ideal for RV exterior and interior sidewalls, ceilings and more.

“Cody’s promotion reflects both his impact on the organization and our confidence in his ability to lead at a higher level,” said Jon Wenger, CEO at Genesis Products. “He brings a unique combination of strategic thinking and operational discipline, and we’re excited to see him continue to elevate our business units and deliver results for our customers.”

In his new role, Harman will assume full leadership of the panel lamination and profile wrapping business units across both product and operations. His responsibilities will also include a focus on expanding capabilities, refining processes and supporting continued business performance.

“I’m honored to take on this expanded role and continue building on the strong foundation we’ve established,” said Harman. “We have an incredible team, and I look forward to continuing to strengthen our products, support our customers and drive meaningful results across our business units.”
