Rivet Dealer Standard Program.

The Five Rivet Dealer Standards Program, established in May 2017, was jointly developed by Airstream
and its Dealer Council to elevate the customer experience across the network. What sets it apart is that
it is driven by our customers. Their daily feedback directly informs how performance is measured and
recognized. The name reflects the craftsmanship behind every Airstream travel trailer; each built with
an average of 3,000 rivets that form its iconic aluminum shell. Five Rivet status is awarded quarterly to
dealers who consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience, the company said.
