OHI To Open 2026 Board of Directors Election on Monday

OHI will open voting for its 2026 Board of Directors election on Monday, Sept. 14, giving eligible OHI campground members the opportunity to help select the leaders who will guide the association and represent the future of outdoor hospitality.

Electronic voting opens at 12 p.m. Eastern Time on Sept. 14 and remains open through 12 p.m. Eastern Time on Oct. 1. Each active OHI campground member is entitled to one vote. Active OHI member parks have had the opportunity to review and verify the individual who will vote on behalf of their park.

“Serving on the OHI Board is an opportunity to help shape the direction of an industry you care deeply about, and we’re fortunate to have a strong group of candidates willing to step forward and serve,” said Paul Bambei, President and CEO of OHI. “I encourage every eligible OHI member to take time to learn about the candidates and cast their vote. The Board’s work affects the future of our association and the businesses we represent, so having our members engaged in that process matters.”

The 2026 ballot includes candidates representing a range of experiences across the Outdoor Hospitality Industry, including RV parks and campground ownership, hospitality management, technology, consulting, recreation and more. You can view their full, detailed resumes here.

OHI’s board of directors provides strategic oversight and guidance for the association, helping shape its priorities and support the continued growth of the outdoor hospitality industry. The board consists of 20 members elected at large by OHI voting members.

Newly elected Board members will be announced to the OHI membership on Oct. 6 and officially sworn in during OHCE on Nov. 11 in Fort Worth, Texas.
