Maine’s Newest RV Dealership To Make First Appearance at Upcoming Fair

Outpost Outfitters, Maine’s newest RV dealership, will make its first appearance at the Cumberland Fair, Sept. 27 through Oct. 3, bringing several unique RV models and a full team of RV professionals to the fairgrounds.

Throughout the week, visitors will have an opportunity to explore a selection of RVs representing several of the brands and styles Outpost Outfitters has chosen specifically with Maine RVers in mind. The display will include an Ember RV Overland, a Kropf Park Home RV Eldorado and a Grand Design Imagine.

Outpost Outfitters will have members of its sales, customer service and service teams available throughout the fair. The team will be there not only to answer questions about the RVs on display, but also to assist RV owners attending the fair who may encounter mechanical or service-related issues during their visit.

“As Maine’s newest RV dealership, we wanted our first Cumberland Fair to be about more than selling RVs,” said Bill Schwarz of Outpost Outfitters. “We want people to meet our team, see the products we have selected for Maine, ask questions and understand that we are here to support RV owners long after the sale.”

Outpost Outfitters is taking a different approach to the traditional RV dealership model by focusing on the complete ownership experience across all four seasons. In addition to RV sales, the dealership offers service, parts, winterization and storage, giving Maine RV owners a place to turn throughout the year, the company said.

The Cumberland Fair appearance will also give visitors an opportunity to learn more about why Outpost Outfitters selected the brands and models it represents, and how those products fit the needs of Maine RVers.

Visitors who would like a more personalized introduction to the RVs can book a private tour and sit-down conversation with Bill Schwarz during the fair. These private appointments are an opportunity to discuss RV ownership goals, answer questions and explore which type of RV may be the right fit.

“We know buying an RV is a significant decision,” said Schwarz. “Our goal is to make the process more personal, more informative and more approachable, whether someone is buying their first RV or has been RVing for years.”
