Winnebago Names New General Manager of Towables

Winnebago announced the promotion of Adam Gudger to general manager of Winnebago’s towable division.

In his new role, Gudger will lead the strategic direction, product vision and business for Winnebago’s towable division as the brand accelerates its growth, expands its market presence and brings compelling new product segments to market.

Gudger’s promotion comes after a series of significant contributions since joining Winnebago in December 2024 as the director of product development and national sales.

Since then, he has played a pivotal role in developing and launching the highly successful Thrive product line, transforming the Access lineup and spearheading the development and launch of Winnebago’s return to the fifth wheel market, a product expected to redefine expectations within the category and mark a major milestone for the brand.

Gudger graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in business and has spent his professional career in the RV industry. He has held several national sales positions in the motorized segment and earned a reputation for pairing deep industry expertise with a consumer-focused approach to product development and innovation.

Gudger’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for the business as Winnebago’s towable division continues to evolve its product portfolio and strengthen its position in the marketplace, the company said.. As general manager, Gudger will focus on accelerating product development, strengthening dealer partnerships and building on the momentum generated by the brand’s recent launches while continuing to uphold Winnebago’s legacy of quality, innovation and customer-focused design.
