Winnebago Names New General Manager of Towables
Winnebago announced the promotion of Adam Gudger to general manager of the Winnebago-branded towables division. In his new role, Gudger will lead the division’s strategic direction and product portfolio, guiding the continued growth and evolution of the Winnebago brand’s towables business.

As general manager, Gudger will focus on deepening relationships with dealer partners, driving product innovation and building on the strong momentum created by the brand’s recent launches, positioning Winnebago for continued growth while honoring its legacy of quality, innovation and customer-focused design, the company said.
Gudger’s promotion comes after a series of significant contributions since joining the Winnebago brand in December 2024 as the director of product development and national sales in the towables business. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in developing and launching the highly successful Thrive product line, transforming the Access lineup and spearheading the development and launch of Winnebago’s return to the fifth wheel market, Rhapsody, a product expected to redefine expectations within the category and mark a major milestone for the brand, Winnebago said. Gudger will report to Don Clark, group president for the towable RV segment at Winnebago Industries.
“Adam has quickly established himself as an invaluable leader and visionary within our organization,” said Clark. “His passion for the RV lifestyle, deep understanding of our customers and ability to bring bold ideas to life have already made a tremendous impact on our business.”
Under Gudger’s leadership, Winnebago’s towable business is poised to continue building momentum through innovative products, elevated customer experiences and a renewed focus on driving growth in key market segments.
“I am incredibly honored and grateful for the opportunity to lead the Winnebago towable team,” said Gudger. “Winnebago is an iconic brand in the outdoor recreation space, and I’m excited by the opportunity to help shape what comes next. We’ve assembled an outstanding team that is passionate about challenging conventions, listening to customers and delivering products that give people the freedom to get out and explore. The work we’ve done over the past two years is just the beginning.”
Gudger graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in business and has spent his professional career in the RV industry. He has held several national sales positions in the motorized segment and earned a reputation for pairing deep industry expertise with a consumer-focused approach to product development and innovation.
