RV Overnights Celebrates Three Years of Growth
RV Overnights, a founder-owned membership platform connecting RVers with small-business hosts for unique overnight stays, is marking its third anniversary with an expanding national host network and a commitment to the relationships driving its growth. Since launching with approximately 100 host locations at the Hershey RV Show in September 2023, the company has grown to more than 1,600 unique locations across the United States and Canada.
Founded and self-funded by RVers and longtime entrepreneurs Rob Case and Kurt Nehlig, RV Overnights brings a small-business approach to serving the broader RV industry. Both founders remain involved in daily operations, maintaining direct connections with members, hosts and partners that help shape the platform’s development, the company said.
“Three years ago, Kurt and I set up a booth at Hershey with about 100 hosts and a lot of hope,” said Case, co-founder and CEO. “We’re RVers. We built the membership we wanted to use and the kind of company we’d want to deal with. That means keeping it affordable, picking up the phone when you call and listening when you tell us something isn’t working. Every one of our host locations and membership added started with a relationship, and we don’t take a single one for granted.”
The company’s host network spans 14 categories, including farms, wineries, breweries, distilleries, museums, golf courses and animal rescues. The model creates a shared opportunity: RVers discover memorable destinations, while hosts welcome potential customers who support their businesses through purchases, tours and other experiences.
That same focus guides RV Overnights’ industry partnerships. Its recently announced agreement with Campers Inn RV, one of the nation’s largest family-operated RV dealership groups, represents the largest distribution partnership in the company’s history. Relationships with organizations and communities including the Family RV Association and Girl Camper further connect the platform with travelers at different stages of their RV journey.
“Campers Inn is family-owned and we’re founder-owned, so we speak the same language,” continued Case. “RVing has always been a grassroots community. It runs on handshakes, campfire conversations and neighbors looking out for each other. We only want to partner with people who protect that, not people who see RVers as a number on a spreadsheet.”
Member value remains central to the business, RV Overnights said. Annual membership is $49.99 with a lifetime price lock, complemented by more than $10,000 in available discounts from over 75 partner brands. The Loyalty Rewards Program allows members to earn up to 20% off renewal by completing stays, submitting reviews and sharing photos — rewarding contributions that help other travelers discover and enjoy the host network.
A personal approach to the business also remains part of the experience, the company said, with RV Overnights combining personal service with practical travel tools: its new proprietary StayScout service helps members find potential hosts along their routes where they are currently not available, while live phone support connects members and hosts directly with the team. Launched in September 2026, the company’s new proprietary app brings together host discovery, membership benefits and more than 77,000 RV resources, including dump stations, propane, repair shops and towing services.
The company’s momentum also includes Case’s selection to RV PRO’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2026, recognizing leadership and contributions across the RV industry.
“I’m honored, but nobody wins something like this alone,” Case said. “Our team works their tails off, our hosts open their gates to strangers every night, and our members keep showing up for us. We don’t have investors to answer to. We answer to RVers and small-business owners, and that’s exactly how I want it.”
Looking ahead, RV Overnights said it is focused on expanding its membership, deepening relationships across the RV industry and continuing to improve its app, member and host experience. Its founders see those priorities as connected: a stronger experience brings travelers back, engaged members create opportunities for hosts, and committed partners help more people enjoy RV ownership.
