40 Under 40: Devika Maskey
Marketing Director; AEONrv; With company: 5 Years | In industry: 5 Years

Building a new RV category requires more than an innovative vehicle. It also requires a way to explain that innovation to people who may not yet realize they are looking for it.
When Devika Maskey joined AEONrv in 2021 as the company’s first marketing hire, the startup was still building its first vehicles. Today, as marketing director and a member of the company’s leadership team, she oversees the brand, digital marketing, public relations, content, product launches, lead generation and customer communications for a direct-to-consumer RV company focused on high-tech, off-road and off-grid vehicles.
Devika’s role has expanded alongside the company. She began as social media manager before moving into digital marketing and ultimately becoming marketing director in April 2025. Along the way, she has built much of the marketing infrastructure needed to support AEONrv’s growth, while bringing a background in digital marketing, design and brand development rather than traditional RV sales or manufacturing.
That outside perspective has shaped her approach to the industry. She translates technical features such as composite construction, advanced energy systems and four-season capabilities into stories about how people travel, camp and explore.
“Devika is a builder,” her nominator says. “As AEONrv has grown, she has consistently identified what the company needs next and built the marketing systems, partnerships and customer experiences to support it.”
That included rebuilding the company’s website, developing a lead-management system and creating a referral program and creator partnership program to expand AEONrv’s reach beyond traditional RV audiences. She also reworked how the company evaluated advertising performance. Rather than relying primarily on lead volume, Devika shifted reporting toward deposits as a stronger indicator of purchase intent, allowing the company to redirect spending toward campaigns producing actual buyers.
The results have been substantial. Monthly customer inquiries grew more than 10 times following expanded digital advertising in 2026, while the rebuilt website generated a 375% increase in monthly traffic. Advertising delivered a reported 1,276% return on ad spend, with more than $13 in directly attributed vehicle sales for every $1 spent. Social media generated 1.97 million views and drove 29,700 visits to the AEONrv website.
Devika has also expanded her role beyond traditional marketing through the company’s use of AI and automation. She developed workflows for lead generation and customer follow-up and helped lead the launch of the AEONrv App, which provides owners with AI-powered vehicle support, trip-planning tools, service resources and a private owner community.
Her work has coincided with significant company growth. AEONrv ranked No. 66 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, while revenue increased 4,231% from 2022 through 2025. The company was also named 2025 Manufacturing Company of the Year by Nevada’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology.
For Devika, building a brand ultimately means building relationships. She remains active in her local business community and supports nonprofit organizations, while spending time traveling, taking photographs and enjoying the outdoors with her two teenage sons.
“Her ability to combine creative storytelling with technology, data and customer experience is what makes her stand out,” Devika’s nominator says. “The RV industry is changing, and Devika represents the kind of marketer helping it reach a new generation of buyers.”
Devika’s advice for up-and-coming leaders in the RV industry:
Think differently. Some of the best ideas for this industry will come from outside of it. Stay curious, learn from other industries, use technology where it adds value and don’t be afraid to question how things have always been done.
What it means to Devika to be a 40 Under 40 honoree:
It means a lot to be recognized alongside other leaders who are helping move the RV industry forward. I was born in Nepal and moved to the United States when I was five, which gave me an early sense of how big the world is and how much there is to experience. That is a big part of why this work resonates with me. I am proud of what we are building at AEONrv and glad to be part of an industry that shares a passion for helping people explore the outdoors and experience new places.
