40 Under 40: Justin Coulter

Director of Sales; SuperSprings International; With company: 4 Years | In industry: 4 Years

Justin Colter’s colleagues at SuperSprings International believe he is helping shape the future of the RV industry. He serves as director of sales but also has a strong operations background, which means he understands both the customer-facing and operational sides of the business.

Furthermore, Justin’s colleagues credit his collaborative leadership style for his success in creating meaningful results for the company, customers and industry partners.

“Justin has played an important role in helping our organization navigate the challenges and changes facing the RV industry over the past several years,” his nominator says. “His combination of sales leadership and operational experience allows him to look beyond short-term issues and develop practical solutions that benefit both our company and customers.”

In 2024 and 2025, a time marked by changing market conditions, SuperSprings faced supply-chain challenges, evolving customer expectations and fluctuations in RV demand. Justin remained focused on maintaining strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for continued growth. His ability to work across departments and bring sales and operations together has helped the organization respond quickly to challenges, improve communication, and stay focused on its customers and long-term objectives.

“Justin’s leadership is particularly valuable because he doesn’t simply identify problems — he listens to us, works collaboratively with our team to find solutions and implement them,” his nominator says.

Under his leadership, his team has contributed to 15% sales growth over the past year and expanded relationships with over 50 new accounts.

“In addition to revenue growth, Justin has helped strengthen our organization’s overall sales and operational effectiveness by improving cross-functional communication, developing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for additional business,” his nominator says.  “His ability to connect customer needs with internal operations has contributed to both short-term results and sustainable long-term growth for SuperSprings International.”

Justin started as a business development representative and moved to his current role as director of sales because of his leadership, business knowledge and ability to deliver results. He currently leads the company’s sales, order processing and customer service teams.

Outside of work, Justin is a focused father and husband and founder of 4Lo Dads, a community for men who are off-road enthusiasts and who come together with the shared goal of becoming better men, fathers, partners and husbands.

Justin’s advice for up-and-coming leaders in the RV industry:

My advice to up-and-coming leaders in the RV industry is to never lose sight of your passion for the lifestyle and the people who live it. When your decisions are driven by a genuine desire to help RV owners create a better journey and unforgettable adventures, you’ll build a career that is both impactful and rewarding.

What it means to Justin to be a 40 Under 40 honoree:

Being named a 40 Under 40 honoree is incredibly meaningful because it reflects the impact that can happen when passion and purpose come together. Four years ago, I had the opportunity to blend my love for the RV, automotive and outdoor lifestyle with my career, and it has been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life. As someone who lives the same lifestyle as so many of the customers we serve, I’m deeply passionate about this industry, and being recognized alongside such an incredible group of leaders reinforces that we’re making a difference, doing the right things and helping set the standard for the next generation of RV industry professionals.
