Community: KOA Site Offers Free Month to Federal Workers
The Nashville North Kampgrounds of America Campground is offering a free month of extended-stay camping to federal workers affected by the government shutdown.
“We want federal workers to know that we appreciate all that they do to keep our country great,” said Sharon Miller, Nashville North KOA community manager. “We want to show our appreciation by offering a free month to federal employees who are staying with us as extended-stay guests while they are working in the Nashville area.”
Miller said federal workers can call 615-859-0348 to book a site at the campground. They will be required to show a current federal ID and a recent pay stub at check in to receive their free month of extended-stay camping.
The Nashville North KOA is located at 1200 Louisville Highway in Goodlettsville, Tenn.
