Blue Dog RV, a Northwest RV dealership group, recently completed its annual Executive Leadership Summit, which was attended by leaders across the group’s 12-location dealership network. The group consisted of both service and sales management teams and was the largest attendance yet since the inception of the conference.
“This year’s summit was amazing,” said Marc Hauser, COO of Blue Dog RV. “The executive team’s positive energy, willingness to learn, and being opened-minded to incorporate new ideas was on display throughout the entire week. Blue Dog’s commitment to ‘raising the bar’ for our customer’s and employee’s experience, from start-to-finish, is the No. 1 goal for our entire executive group.”
Additionally, several key additions to the Blue Dog executive team were announced at the summit:
- Bob Wiegand, director of operations
- Ethan Billin, sales manager
- Patrick Blaney, service manager
- Jason Poole, director of sales
