Throgmartin Makes Structural Reorganization
With the recent retirement of company co-founder and president, Chris Throgmartin, Throgmartin Holdings and its family of companies have finalized their re-organization of key personnel.
Beginning Jan. 1, Jason Stafford will be promoted to executive director. In his new assignment, he will assume Chris Throgmartin’s former duties and will be in charge of managing the day-to-day operations of Throgmartin Holdings.
Stafford also has been charged with the design and development of new products for Talin Mfg. in addition to expansion into new markets. He will report directly to CEO Ingrid Throgmartin and the board of directors.
“Jason has been a welcome addition to our company,” said Ingrid Throgmartin. “His ability to work across all of our corporate platforms and operations has been exceptional. His ability to identify cost savings through operational and material changes is immense and many of our recent changes we have made can be credited to him. His engineering degree is also an asset with new product development. We look forward to our future growth and Jason will play a key role in all of our future development plans.”
Another Throgmartin family company, Talin Mfg., and its division Talin RV, also will see a management change.
Amy Caprisi has been promoted to director of Talin and will be in charge of all Talin operations. She will assume Chris Throgmartin’s duties. Caprisi was formerly the operations manager.
“Amy has been a huge asset to our companies,” said Chris Throgmartin. “We have the utmost faith and trust in her to manage and direct our day to day operations for Talin. I have really enjoyed mentoring her and bringing her to the high level of management that she has achieved. Her growth as a manager has been amazing.”
She will report directly to Ingrid Throgmartin and the Throgmartin Holdings’ board of directors.
In other departments there were no management changes. Tom Rudd will continue as shop manager and Dustin Legrand will remain as service manager.
The board of directors for Throgmartin Holdings will see no changes, with Ingrid remaining Throgmartin as CEO, Chris Throgmartin president, and children Lindy Throgmartin and Natalia Throgmartin Lancaster maintaining their board positions as managing partners and outside counsel.
