Lazydays Holdings completed its acquisition of Burlington RV Superstore. Burlington is a premier dealer strategically located in Sturtevant, Wisc., between the attractive Milwaukee and Northern Chicagoland markets.
Terms of the acquisition were not announced.
Burlington RV offers a wide selection of RV brands including Newmar, Grand Design, THOR, Coachmen and Forest River. With its “exceptional team of employees and their focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience,” Burlington RV will be an excellent fit with the Lazydays family, the Florida-based dealer group said.
Burlington RV represents the company’s seventh acquired or greenfield dealership added over the last 10 months and will soon be followed by the opening of the Monticello, Minn., dealership late this summer.
