AutoManager Completes Acquisition of EverLogic
AutoManager Acquisition Inc., a provider of dealer management software to the auto dealership industry, announced that it has acquired EverLogic Inc., a provider of dealer management software to the RV, trailer and powersports industries, expanding AutoManager’s presence outside of auto dealerships.
EverLogic was founded in 2003 by Mike Goodwin, who will continue to serve as president of EverLogic. EverLogic serves dealers in the U.S. and Canada and has established a reputation for delivering a comprehensive dealership management solution that integrates with QuickBooks, offers a mobile application for remote access and includes a range of add-on modules such as service department tools.
Jake Morley, CEO of AutoManager, commented, “We have been impressed with EverLogic’s product suite, team and its market presence, particularly in RV, and we believe that AutoManager and EverLogic can achieve more together than we can as separate companies. We look forward to pooling our resources as a combined company and accelerating growth for our respective brands by reaching more dealers with better business management tools and technology.”
“EverLogic represents a strategic addition to AutoManager’s portfolio, providing specialized expertise and proven software solutions that complement our existing offerings,” said James Clippard, chairman of AutoManager’s board of directors and managing director of The Beekman Group, the majority owner of AutoManager. “By bringing EverLogic into the AutoManager family, we can expand AutoManager’s reach and leverage AutoManager’s suite of offerings to enhance EverLogic, creating a more advanced and comprehensive solution for dealerships. We congratulate Mike Goodwin and the EverLogic team on their achievements and look forward to exploring new growth opportunities and driving greater value for all our customers.”
