He is a Master Certified RV Technician and certified service manager, service writer, parts manager, parts specialist and warranty administrator. Yerman is also the author and developer of the RV Damage Repair Estimator, task force chair for the RV Dealers Association Service Management Guide and a member of RV PRO’s editorial advisory board.
