This popular RV segment is trending with families looking for a home away from home.
Although RV shipments have been down year over year for much of 2026 so far, according to RV Industry Association shipment reports, park models shipments have consistently been up every month since January. In 2025, park models ended the year with 4,305 units, up 9.6% over last year’s total.
