The RV Technical Institute was founded by an industry-wide effort to get more RV technicians working in the field, the goal being to reduce Repair Event Cycle Time and deliver a happier ownership experience for the RVer. After a bumpy launch – thanks to COVID-19 – the institute has finally settled in to fulfilling its mission of keeping that technician pipeline flowing.
