Air Lift Co. Names New Executive VP of Global Supply Chain & More
Air Lift Company announced the appointment of Michael A. Sislo as executive vice president of Global Supply Chain, Procurement and Quality.
Sislo brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across the automotive, manufacturing and specialty chemicals industries. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions with industry-leading organizations including LG Chem, Horizon Global, Meritor and Tenneco. His experience spans operations, supply chain, procurement, quality, engineering, product management, commercial leadership, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and full P&L responsibility. This broad leadership background provides a unique enterprise perspective that aligns operational excellence with growth, profitability, customer success and long-term value creation, the company said.
In his new role, Sislo will provide executive leadership for Air Lift’s global supply chain, procurement, sourcing, supplier development, logistics and quality organizations. He will work closely with leadership teams across the company to strengthen operational performance, enhance quality systems, accelerate continuous improvement, support strategic growth initiatives and build world-class capabilities across the enterprise.
