Arbutus RV & Marine Sales of Mill Bay, British Columbia, Canada, have announced they have acquired the Coast RV Sales & Service Ltd. location in Parksville, B.C.
Arbutus RV is owned by Craig and Rose Little, and Craig Little made the announcement.
Coast RV will be rebranding under the Arbutus umbrella.
The acquisition allows Arbutus RV to expand its footprint and service in an important region of Vancouver Island. Already home to B.C.’s biggest selection of RVs, Arbutus now has six Vancouver Island locations including Sidney, Mill Bay, Nanaimo, Port Alberni, Courtenay, and now Parksville.
“For years we have wanted to offer further support to the Mid-Island RV’ing community,” said Craig Little. “Now, thanks to the dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic Arbutus team, we are excited to be taking that strategic step via the acquisition of the Coast RV location, which has been operating successfully in Parksville for over 25 years. Arbutus RV’s first location, in Mill Bay, opened in 1988.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
