Bandits Steal Five RVs in Florida

Thieves stole five RV trailers and equipment worth about $200,000 from a Bradenton dealership overnight, according to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office in Florida.

The thefts occurred last week sometime between 10:30 p.m. Tuesday and 1 a.m. Wednesday at Gerzeny’s RV World, 6120 S.R. 64 E., Bradenton.

The thieves were able to gain access to the property by cutting the lock on a gate.

The dealership lost two Intrepid brand trailers, two Aspen Trail brand trailers with sliding glass doors and a Kodiak Ultra Lite trailer. The suspects also entered five other travel trailers and removed power cords, according to the sheriff’s office.
