B&W Trailer Hitches has launched a video about the origins of the company and the man behind it. The short video highlights owner Joe Works, as well as other employees, talking about the values that shape the business.
“We spend a lot of time talking to consumers about our products,” said Beth Barlow, marketing manager. “But we want the industry to know how unique our company is, too.”
The video references how Joe Works kept his employees working in the community during the economic downturn in 2008 and 2009. NBC highlighted those efforts during a Nightly News segment in 2008.
Today, B&W Trailer Hitches employees 420 employees at its 500,000-square-foot facility in Humboldt, Kan.
