Climb Capital, the parent of Unhitched RV, announced the formation of Unhitched Management, an RV resort and campground management company.

Unhitched Management is a collaboration of experts in finance, operations, development, marketing and hospitality coming together to operate and manage RV resorts and campgrounds across the nation, the company said in a release. The company was founded to not only simplify the challenges and frustrations experienced by campground owners/operators each year, but also to find ways to connect families and communities with the great outdoors in an authentic and meaningful way.

“As a longtime owner of multiple RV parks and campgrounds, I know firsthand the complexities that can derail what should be an incredible investment opportunity in our growing industry,” said Robert Preston, CEO and founder. “We created this new management company to help our clients’ properties become the most profitable, beloved and highly ranked in their region while simplifying the day-to-day frustrations that so many campground owners feel.”

Unhitched Management currently operates and manages 18 RV parks across the nation. With more than 2,700 sites and accommodations under management, the company has achieved a +36% average Gross Revenue Growth in year 1, and said it has the systems and structure to grow from there.

“Our mission is to bring connection to a divided world, and we are committed to simplifying operational demands while elevating the outdoor hospitality experience,” said Preston. “Our team has a deep passion for the outdoors and a unique understanding of the industry’s strengths and opportunities that we look forward to sharing with owners and operators that feel stuck or frustrated with their investment.”
