Creative Products Group (CPG) is acquiring Fasteners Unlimited. Fasteners Unlimited, which also operates under the name Blue Star Supplies, is located in South Haven, Mich. Operating for nearly 29 years, they have provided products to the RV parts and accessories industry.
The new acquisition will bring Fasteners Unlimited’s products into CPG’s extensive line of innovative and high-quality parts and accessories, the company said. It will also make CPG the new provider of Command Electronics lighting.
“We are excited to add the line of interior and exterior lighting, tie downs, awning accessories and houseware products to our current customers,” said Chris Carpenter, CPG’s business development director.
CPG said it plans to make the transition for all current and new customers as seamless as possible by carrying over all existing part numbers and honoring current prices until end of 2021.
