Derema Group has named Matt Havlik the winner of the firm’s Sales Specialist of the Year award for 2019.
Derema presented the award at the agency’s recent National Sales Meeting in Scottsdale, Ariz. The award recognizes outstanding achievements in securing new business, increasing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.
“Matt Havlik has reshaped himself to align with the changing marketplace and has exceeded our expectations in the region.” states Derema Group President Kurt Forsman, “He has met all of our criteria for this award including Territory Growth, Dealer Activity, New Business Activity and Distributor/Dealer training events, while bringing a positive attitude to every event.”
Havlik, a sales specialist in the Central Region of the United States servicing marine and RV accounts in Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin has been with Derema Group for five years.
