Dometic Launches Newest FreshJet A/C Model
Dometic announces FreshJet 3 Series, which the company said is the latest innovation in RV air conditioning. The new FreshJet delivers maximum cooling performance, providing greater airflow with whisper-quiet operation, it said.
Dometic designed the unity specifically for the RV industry to deliver uniform temperatures and even circulation throughout the coach. At an average of only 65 pounds, FreshJet 3 Series is easier to install and is 14% lighter than previous Dometic Brisk II air conditioners, reducing the overall weight load of the RV.
It produces more airflow, consumes less power and cuts perceived noise level by one third compared to previous models, according to the company. The unit is also a more sustainable option, using 28% less refrigerant over previous Brisk II models, equating to a significant reduction in use of greenhouse gases.
“We want people to think of Dometic first when it comes to innovation and design of RV air conditioners,” said Oliver Bahr, president of Segment Americas at Dometic. “We know people look for three primary requirements of their AC: cooling capacity, powerful airflow, and quiet function. We’ve listened to our end users and put those changes first with this new design.”
