Dometic has released its new Unrestricted Small Backpack, which redefines compact cooling with a daily‑ready pack, the company said.
“Unrestricted was designed to flex with the rhythm of modern life — and the new small sized backpack brings that philosophy into a compact form made for more agile carry and daily movement,” said Josh Militello, president, Dometic Mobile Cooling. “What excites us about the new Small Unrestricted Backpack is how seamless it feels. Advanced cooling, organized storage, recycled materials — everything works together to lighten the load of your packed day. That’s the heart of Unrestricted.”
Every bag in the Unrestricted collection is built for the demands of real-world movement using next‑generation recycled materials, durable construction and high‑performance cooling tech.
The backpack is made with:
- 100% recycled PrimaLoft Gold insulation, delivering high‑performance cold retention
- 100% recycled 900D CORDURA re/cor exterior
- Seam‑welded 420D TPU interior: leakproof, rugged and easy to clean
- YKK AQUAGUARD zippers for water‑resistant security
- Recycled nylon webbing and recycled polyester lining
With Swedish engineering, the backpack is designed for commuters, travelers, families and weekend roamers who need a bag that flexes with the day. It cools like a performance soft cooler, carries like your everyday pack, and fits easily under seats, in overheads or into tight adventure setups, the company said in a press release.
The backpack includes:
- Up to 28‑can capacity in an insulated, leak‑resistant main compartment
- Dual‑purpose carry: a true backpack with cooler function built‑in (not a cooler with straps)
- Padded 16-inch laptop sleeve, two accessory pockets, dual bottle pockets, front daisy chain, side cinch straps
- OrthoLite‑padded ergonomic straps (55% eco‑content) for breathable, body‑molding comfort
- Connect Ice compatibility, allowing magnetic, reusable ice‑pack integration
- Leak‑resistant construction that keeps cold in and condensation out
The Unrestricted Small Backpack will be available globally beginning April 7 on dometic.com and through selected retail partners.
MSRP: $200 (regional pricing varies).
