Keystone RV Company’s CEO Matt Zimmerman has promoted Kyle Kwasny to president of its Dutchmen Mfg. division. Under Zimmerman’s continued leadership, Kwasny will replace Troy James, who has been named senior vice president of international business at Thor Industries.
A 13-year company veteran, Kwasny has quickly risen through the Keystone sales ranks, most recently serving as the general manager for the Hideout, Bullet and Cougar brands.
“Kyle’s deep dealer understanding and relationships, successful track record of leading multiple teams, vision, and industry experience make him an excellent choice for this role,” said Zimmerman. “I am extremely confident that he will build on the momentum Dutchmen has created in recent years and that dealers and owners will continue to see great things from the company.”
James will transition from his position at Dutchmen immediately to lead Thor Industries’ global operations and growth strategy. With nearly 30 years in the RV industry, James oversaw a period of remarkable growth at Dutchmen manufacturing, doubling the company’s business in the last three years, according to the company.
“Troy has been a great asset to Dutchmen, and it is always bittersweet when internal promotions happen,” said Bob Martin, Thor Industries CEO. “Thor corporate is excited to bring Troy onto the team to drive our management of the international operations. His experience and business acumen make him a great fit for this new role at Thor.”
