Encore RV Resorts Earn TripAdvisor Certificate
Encore and Thousand Trails RV resorts and campgrounds has announced that 72 of its properties received the 2018 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence. The achievement celebrates hospitality businesses that achieved a high volume of positive guest feedback on TripAdvisor over the past year.
“We are thrilled to have 72 of our properties recognized by TripAdvisor,” said Pat Zamora, VP of marketing for Encore and Thousand Trails. “This distinguishes the quality of our RV resorts and campgrounds across the U.S. and celebrates the hard work of our management teams across our portfolio.”
Of the 72 Encore and Thousand Trails winners, 39 properties received the Certificate of Excellence distinction in back-to-back years, with 19 achieving the accolade the last three consecutive years. Both Orlando RV Resort and Rancho Oso in Santa Barbara, Calif., have received the award the past four years.
The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
