Shawn Moran, director of RV F&I Training & Wholesale Division of Brown & Brown Dealer Services, will teach dealers how to offer the best F&I protection plans that align with the RVing lifestyle during an education session at the 2021 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, slated Nov. 8 – 12 at Paris Las Vegas.
“The New F&I Selling Lifestyle Experience” takes place Wednesday, Nov. 10 from 9 – 10 a.m. PT. This workshop will show attendees how to offer F&I lifestyle protection plans that fit more in line with the overall RV travel experience.
The learning objectives for this session include:
- How the current RV F&I experience has changed due to COVID.
- How certain protection plan offerings better fit this new RV lifestyle.
- How to interview customers to find the best F&I fit.
