David Johnson has joined Firefly Integrations as vice president of tech support and customer service. Johnson brings with him more than 15 years of operational management experience.
He will join Firefly Integrations from PigTek, where he was the operations manager for two years. He has an abundance of technical support and leadership experience. Firefly said his joining the company will improve customer relations and support.
“For many years I have wanted to work for a growing Christian company that listened to its customers’ needs and created products to meet those needs,” said Johnson. “I found that here at Firefly.”
Aside from PigTek, Johnson’s background includes time spent at Keystone, Cressy & Everett, and Dutchmen. His new company said he has a reputation for leading solutions-driven teams through a broad range of operations and functions to achieve performance excellence and he is expected to continue that while at Firefly Integrations.
