Florida Campground to Complete Expansion November

The Wildwood RV Village Campground in Wildwood, Fla., Expects to complete its expansion of 210 sites by Nov. 1 for a total of 350 sites.

Accommodations include onsite heated pool, Wi-Fi, cable, two recreation centers and AARV onsite service/parts. Recently added a fully shaded park and located next to it is a fenced and shaded dog park.

“The additional 210 campsites are coming along quicker than we expected,” said owner Mike Wood. “The underground storm drains and sewer mains are almost complete. Then onto the water, electric and roads. We are taking on new reservations daily for the new sites and filling up quick, so if you plan to visit us in the season call now to confirm your spot.”

Owners Mandy Alonso and Wood have purchased 14 acres for an additional 220 RV sites and another 20 acres across from the Wildwood RV Village Campground and plan to build a 800 bay storage facility to accommodate RVs, cargo trailers and boats. The storage facility is expected to break ground spring of 2020 and should be completed around fall of 2020.
