As part of this new role, Hochstetler will primarily support wholesale customers with regular training sessions, both in person and remotely.

“I’m thrilled that we’ve reached this phase in our growth and am eager to lead this project! Having a role focused exclusively on product training will be a tremendous asset to the growth of our wholesale partners. I look forward to dedicating full-time efforts to sharing the GEN-Y passion and all the features and benefits with those in the field selling our products,” said Hochstetler.

On Hochstetler, Wholesale Sales Director Luke Stump commented, “Rachel, who has accumulated four years of experience as a territory sales representative for GEN-Y, possesses the ideal qualifications for this crucial new position. As we surpass growth targets for 2024, the significance of product training and knowledge has never been greater in sustaining our upward trajectory. Rachel’s unparalleled dedication to educating both existing and new wholesale customers about our diverse range of products sets her apart. We eagerly anticipate the implementation of her training strategies, programs and tools, which will further solidify GEN-Y as the industry’s premier partner for towing products.”
