Go RVing has debuted a new “Tailgate” TV commercial aimed at sports fans around the country. The energetic ad captures the excitement of football, as well as the ease, comfort and “home field advantage” of tailgating with an RV.
The ad, which has begun appearing on the NFL Network, was produced to appeal to sports fans looking for a high-octane experience rooting for their favorite team. Tailgating is growing in popularity among RVing sports fans – nearly two million fans use their RVs to tailgate sporting events, according to a 2017 survey of RV owners conducted by Go RVing and Inquisium.
“Go RVing ads do a great job of telling stories with emotional gravity,” said Karen Redfern, senior director, marketing communications for Go RVing. “This commercial goes in a different direction to present the passion and commitment that comes with tailgating a sporting event. It highlights the unrivaled fun and flexibility that RVs make popular.”
The ads will continue airing on sports networks throughout the football season.
