Middlebury, Ind.-based Grand Design RV recently announced the launch and active dates for its 2020 Virtual Dealer Open House. The fully interactive dealers-only show will run from Wednesday, Sept. 23 through Friday, Oct. 9.
The Virtual Open House replaces the traditional yearly dealer gathering at the Hall of Fame. A few features include 360-degree fully interactive virtual tours of new and well-known models, highlight interviews from product and sales management staff members, and access to direct downloads of important product-related specs and information.
Tommy Hall, director of marketing at Grand Design, said, “It’s our responsibility to get as much information to our Grand Design family as possible, no matter the social limitations. Shifting our traditional dealer open house to a fully digital, web-based set-up has allowed us to maintain contact with our dealer partners. We’ve digitally transformed a lot of our company communication over the past six months, and this is just another way of staying ahead of the game.”
