Grand Design RV was, for the fifth consecutive year, awarded the RVDA Dealer Satisfaction Index Quality Circle award last November, receiving the highest ratings in the RV industry.
“This is the industry’s report card for manufacturers, and we are humbled that our Grand Design dealers continue to provide us with record setting marks for all of our product lines,” said Don Clark, president and CEO of Grand Design RV. “This year’s results showed that our unique business model is continuing to raise the bar, as all of the Grand Design products were ranked at the top of the class.”
The DSI survey measures reliability/quality, parts, warranty, sales, as well as the question: “How likely would you recommend this brand to a friend (in a different market) to represent at their dealership?”
In order to receive this award the brand must receive a higher than 4.25 score on a 5-point rating scale. Grand Design again improved upon last year’s already record setting scores with the highest scores given by the survey. Grand Design has won the award for every eligible product line each year since its founding in 2012.
