“Gulf Atlantic Cottages are built with sustainability in mind by a company with nearly two decades of experience building eco-friendly residential homes,” the company said in a release.
These park models are manufactured to be resource efficient and reduce waste. Gulf Atlantic Cottages also collaborates with suppliers that offer components with sustainable features, often using companies that are ISO 9001 (Quality) or ISO 14001 (Environmental) certified.
Gulf Atlantic Cottages addresses numerous eco-conscious aspects, including energy efficiency by utilizing LED lighting and incorporating ductless heating and cooling, water efficiency with water-efficient bath and kitchen water fixtures, and indoor air quality by using low-VOC wallboards and non-emitting flooring and paint.
