Mary Pouliot, former executive vice president at Thetford, has taken on a new role as president of The RV Factory and its Luxe Fifth Wheels brand, according to a Facebook post on Luxe Fifth Wheels’ page.

We are thrilled to welcome Mary Pouliot as our new president. Mary joins the RV Factory with an impressive two-decade track record on the vendor side of the RV industry. Her deep insight, strategic vision, and passion for the RV lifestyle make her the ideal leader to guide our company into its next chapter of growth and innovation.
In conjunction with this leadership transition, we are proud to highlight the dedicated team of experts supporting Mary and fortifying our operational excellence:
- Oscar Montiel Baez, production manager, has officially taken over operations of the factory floor. With his hands-on expertise and focus on production efficiency, Oscar will ensure that our manufacturing processes continue to meet the highest standard of quality that our customers expect.
- James Borum continues in his role as general manager of Certified RV Repair and Utility Bodywerks. His ongoing leadership remains a cornerstone of our operations, providing stability and dedication to the excellence of our product lines.
- Brienne Ropp continues in her role as Director of Sales. She brings invaluable product knowledge and unwavering commitment to our team, ensuring our customers always receive the highest level of guidance and support.
- Ean Frederick has officially taken the position of Lead Engineer. Ean brings over two decades of RV industry experience to the role. He now provides his extensive knowledge to ensure that all the fine details that make our coaches the best in the industry are executed perfectly.
- Peter Thomas continues in his role as Special Projects Manager. He utilizes his fierce dedication and drive to ensure that critical initiatives and improvements get done efficiently and effectively.
