The $10 million luxurious residence and resort park was developed by CityStreet Residential and constructed by Domain Builders. The resort is situated on 23 acres with 202 RV spaces, a variety of functional common areas, and an extensive array of amenities.
Jetstream RV Resort caters to on-location workers as well as to vacationers seeking a luxury park near Houston. The location and comfort offer a long-term stay option with its close proximity to Ellington Airport and NASA, as well as oil and gas exploration facilities, medical research and health care facilities, and high-tech industries.
For those residing at the resort for work, it is an all-age facility so family members can reside with or visit traveling workers. In addition, it is a pet-friendly park and some of the spaces include private yards. Some spaces offer covered parking and there are reserved parking and oversized parking spaces available.
Jetstream’s clubhouse is situated at rear of the property with a 40-foot-wide entry drive. The 4,300-square-foot clubhouse features an 8-foot, 360-degree, wrap-around porch. Amenities at the clubhouse include a fitness center, arcade room, business center, lounge, kitchen area, and a laundry room. Other amenities offered at the resort include golf cart rentals.
