KOA Recognizes Campgrounds for ‘World-Class Guest Service’
Kampgrounds of America, Inc. (KOA) announced the launch of the World-Class Guest Service recognition program, a new initiative to celebrate campgrounds delivering exceptional guest experiences.
KOA campgrounds that achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 70 or higher in 2024 will receive this prestigious designation, reflecting their commitment to outstanding hospitality.
The introduction of the World-Class Guest Service program underscores KOA’s dedication to recognizing campgrounds for their efforts in providing unparalleled service, the organization said. This year, KOA’s system-wide NPS reached an impressive 71 — a significant milestone that places the brand alongside North America’s top-rated companies.
