KOA Welcomes New Owner of Award-Winning Oregon Campground

Kampgrounds of America Inc. (KOA) welcomes USA Camping Company, the new owner of the Waldport/Newport KOA Journey, to the KOA family of campgrounds. USA Camping Company brings extensive experience in outdoor hospitality, dedicated to providing immersive nature experiences, camping adventures and memorable vacations. Overlooking the Alsea Bay, the Waldport/Newport KOA Journey offers direct access to the ocean. Open year-round, this campground is surrounded by attractions, including beaches, historic lighthouses, sea caves and national forests. Guests can also explore Waldport and Newport, known for their entertainment, dining and shopping options.
