Lazydays Reports Sales Increase of Nearly 5% in Q3
RV retail group Lazydays said its third quarter revenue was $333.8 million, up nearly 5% from the $318.7 million in the third quarter of 2021.
Third quarter net income for the quarter was $7.7 million, compared to $31.0 million in the third quarter of 2021. Adjusted net income for the third quarter of 2022 was $11.1 million, compared to $28.8 million for the same period in 2021.
In its report, Lazydays noted that in July 2022 it acquired Dave’s Claremore RV in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and that in October 2022 it added sales operations to its existing service store in Houston. The company said it estimates that those two locations will add anticipated annual revenues of more than $60 million. Lazydays now operates 18 stores across the United States.
The company also reported that it added a new CEO in Q3 –John North. Also, Nick Tomashot announced his intention to resign as CFO effective this month, although he will remain remain as an advisor through Oct. 31, 2023. Kelly Porter has joined Lazydays as its new CFO.
