Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has issued guidance to the Michigan Association of Recreation Vehicles and Campgrounds (MARVAC) regarding campground regulations.
MARVAC reports that the governor said that individuals utilizing their RV as a second residence at a campground would be permitted. Currently that applies only for seasonal camping, not recreational or rental camping.
MARVAC said it has also partnered with its legal counsel, Dykema, to create a sample COVID-19 Preparedness and Response Plan. A plan is required before businesses resume in-person work.
