Pennsylvania’s Keystone RV Center Sold to Vermont Dealer

Pete's RV

Keystone RV Center in Greencastle, Penn., has been sold to Pete’s RV Center of South Burlington, Vt.

Pete’s RV currently has stores in six states and one under construction in Maine scheduled to open next year. This is the second Pete’s in the Keystone State, and the company also owns Airstream of Vermont and Camper Liquidators in Indiana.

Keystone RV Center has been independently owned and operated for more than 30 years and carries many top manufacturer’s brands, as well as offering parts and service and manufacturer and appliance warranties.

RV Business Solutions, a buy-sell advisor to RV dealers, was the exclusive sell-side advisor to Eric Kendle of Keystone RV Center.

“When I began to consider selling my RV dealership, I first attempted to go it alone, and I soon realized that my time and attention was better spent on continuing to run and grow my business, Kendle said. “Several business associates then referred me to Mike and Scott from RV Business Solutions. I learned they were the leading RV dealership buy-sell advisors and that they would find the right buyer for me. That certainly proved to be the case.”

“We appreciate the opportunity to have represented Eric in the sale of Keystone RV Center.” said Mike Lankford, partner at RV Business Solutions, “Eric was truly a pleasure to work with, and he is looking forward to having his employees flourish and grow under their new partnership with Pete’s RV.”
